Please fill out the form below indicating if your child will be performing at the evening Spring Concert, Tuesday, May 21, 2019. Below are guidelines for participating students.

• Please have students wear solid, pastel-colored, short-sleeved shirts (yellow, light green, light blue, pink, lavender or white). They may wear dark or khaki-colored pants or skirts. We suggest that they wear flat, comfortable shoes.

• Guitar students are requested to be in school at 6:30 P.M.

• Recorder and Chorus students are asked to be in school at 6:45 P.M.

All students are advised to bring a book to read or a small, inexpensive game to play (not electronic; no cell phones), while waiting for their group to perform.
